Geeta has been teaching both my kids, aged 17 and 10, for the past 4 months. Before that they were trying to learn painting by themselves and when I saw that they had developed ample amount of interest in arts, I took on the task of finding them a good fine-arts teacher. I came across Geeta’s portfolio and course curriculum and since then my kids are doing art classes with Geeta five days a week. I’m completely impressed by the breadth of her knowledge in various painting styles and supplies. Be it sketching or oil pastel painting, she is able to guide the kids on the intensity and layering of colours to be applied. I must admit, my kids have grown and their paintings have reached new heights under her guidance. She has a calming effect on kids which I find especially useful as my older kid is preparing for JEE. She accommodates the kids’ interest in her classes and makes adjustments to make them more comfortable. She is able to handle online classes well, thus breaking my skepticism about learning art online. Thank you Geeta for being a wonderful teacher.

My daughter Sruti has been Geeta's student for the last 3 years, and during this period, she improved her arts skills tremendously by learning different techniques about drawing and painting. She progressed from an amateur beginner to a budding professional, by learning to draw objects to the right proportions and by gaining expertise in sketching and doing realistic shading. She also has made good progress in making realistic landscapes and depicting still life portraits with oil pastels. I have to say that Geeta is such a wonderful teacher that she executed all these as per a well planned scheme by still keeping the students fully engaged. More than a teacher she has also been a mentor and I have observed that my daughter looks forward to each of her sessions. It is a delight to have the opportunity to write this recommendation for Ms. Geeta Arya. Ms. Geeta has been facilitating art classes for my 8-yr. old daughter and I strongly feel that Geeta is gifted as both artist and teacher. As an artist, she develops creative student projects and brings in examples of her own work to inspire the students and as a teacher she has designed a structured fine art curriculum to guide the students step by step and also monitors their progress.

Geeta is an exceptional teacher. She is consistently energetic, positive, interested in her students and engages them well. Geeta is consistently creative, flexible, and quickly adapted her teaching to meet the unique needs of my daughter, while appropriately encouraging her to act independently or assisting her when necessary. I can see a remarkable improvement in my daughter’s art skills (drawing, shading, watercolors…etc) since the time she has been with Ms. Geeta. She is truly a unique art teacher because finding teachers with the passion, drive, and genuine love and caring like what Ms. Geeta possesses is hard to find.

My other daughter aged 15 never really pursed art before but after she joined Ms. Geeta's class she has discovered her passion in art.

I have known Geeta for last 5 yrs and seen her amazing life-like art work in person. The level of perfection and the presence she is immersed in her art work is inspiring. 6 months ago when she offered art classes, I enrolled both my sons 11.5 yrs and 8 yrs in her classes. I am very happy about how they are growing in not only their art skills but their interpersonal skills. This is one class they look forward to every time. As a parent, it is a huge relief to find a teacher who is not only talented but encouraging and firm where required. I love the way she can balance the discipline and fun required in dealing with children. I have in the past and would in future highly recommend her to people looking for art classes.

My sons Darsh (age 10) and Krish (age 7) have been going to Geeta for drawing classes since the last six months. And I have got to say they have done some incredible work in these last few months! From drawing 3D shapes shaded with pencil (complete with shadows and all), to working with oil pastels on beautifully blended landscapes, their progress has been amazing. Geeta is a highly talented artist, patient teacher and the kids love her classes. Geeta has been a very good art teacher for my son Dhruv Vemula who is 7 years old. He has been going to her classes for the last 5 months and he loves going to the classes. His interest in shading and crayon art has made him complete one shading 3D art and two crayon paintings of Aurora Borealis and Unicorn in the sky both of these have surprised us and made us aware of his talents. I feel that going to Geeta's classes is helping my son blossom his artistic talent. During the last 5 months, he has picked up aspects like drawing objects, proportions, sketching, shading realistically, making realistic landscapes and still life with oil pastels.

We really cannot explain in words the wonderful feeling of happiness and joy that we experienced by seeing our son S. Shashaanth (Age 12) drawing book. It is all because of Ms. Geeta's vision, encouragement, motivation, love & warmth that he became confident enough to enjoy each part of life. He loves to draw from early childhood,  but it was because of your vision that he could overcome the observation skill  and bring out the hidden talent.
